Tier Pack reads the facts you send: what you make, who follows you, what you could add and any prices in mind. This page says what happens to them.

What we keep, and for how long

Your form answers and the finished pack are kept for 30 days after delivery so we can do the free round of changes, then deleted. Your email address is kept only to send you the payment link and the pack; if you asked for the sample by email, it is kept for those emails until you reply “stop” or click the unsubscribe line.

What we never do

We never log in to your Patreon, Ko-fi or any account of yours, never post or set anything up for you, never publish your pack or your facts, never contact your followers, never sell or share your details, and never reuse your pack for anyone else.

Payment

You get an order code on the site and a card payment link by email. We see the order code and the email the receipt went to, not your card details.

Analytics

The site counts visits with a cookie-free analytics script. No personal data is collected by it.
